Technical description:

 

CAD software design in our workshop

Cutting of the widths by digital machine

Assembly of the widths: 2 zigzag stitches (6 stitches) in white (or gray, your choice) UV-resistant thread

Star-shaped reinforcements

Reinforcement strip on the edge to avoid deformations due to winding forces.

System for taking up the trough by tip (s)

Leech line

Rutgerson stainless steel eyelet on Clew

Strap at halyard and tack points

Sunbrella Furling UV protection or Weather Max strip masking the falling sleeves and edging

Winding marks on the foot

Visualization bands and pennons

Supplied in a bag

 

Options:

- CONTENDER AP in several colors available: Gray, Black but also Tan, Alt Air Cream, rather intended for "classic" units

- Flex Ultra PE DIMENSION POLYANT laminated for horizontal cuts
