Economical type of construction for boaters looking for a good compromise between price and longevity. We have selected the AP of CONTENDER for its Polypreg finish ensuring a very good longevity to the fabric.

Technical description:
Drawing on CAD software and cutting of the widths by digital machine in our workshop.
Width assembly: 2 zig-zag seams (6 stitches) in white (or gray of choice) anti-UV.
Star reinforcements. Bands of reinforcements placed on the leech, the foot and the luff in order to avoid the deformations due to the important forces on these parts of the sail
Alu 3 pods
1st horizontal Full Batten and 3 longue batten floating horizontals.
Their gussets are independent and attached to the sail.
The end of gussets are made of Spectra and their settings ensured by Velcro straps
2 reefs with link bands connecting the 2 points to avoid deformations the fabric working in the bias. Rings strapped to tacks facilitating the setting on cros.
Leech line with exit at each reef.
Stainless steel eyelet Rutgerson.
Free foot. Visualization bands and pennons.

This fabric combines the high-quality characteristics of Fibercon® yarns with the exceptional stretch resistance and flexibility of adding Vectran yarns.
We recommend a firm Polypreg finish for our Fibercon® Pro Vectran fabric.
The Polypreg finish is optimized for the greater diagonal stability required for performance sails.
There is an extra cost, but you will feel the difference .......
